He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Kelley and Grace Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Kelley; his sons, Raymond Kelley and Donald Kelley (Benita); his grandchildren, Autum, Preston, Brandon, Donald Andrew, Ethan (Ayden), AshlynRose and Keenen; and his great grandchildren, Carter and Cameron.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
