He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carole Blaz; his children, Eric Blaz, Michael H. Blaz and Kimberly Blaz; his grandchildren, Thomas, Hana, Aiden, Kevin and Trevor Hanlon; and his siblings, Robert Blaz and Linda Blaz-Dustman.
