It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Blackston of Southgate, Michigan, born in Wyandotte, Michigan, who passed away on September 18, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Dean Wayne Blackston. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Grabetz (Ryan) and Robin McGinnis (Michial); his grandchildren, Justin McGinnis, Josh Lockwood (Morgan), Kaitlyn Hallwyler (Alex), Autumn Kozuh (Aaron) and Reese Grabetz; his sister Brenda Minerd; and his wife Cathy.
