She is survived by: her husband George Perhase; her children, Michael Perhase (Kelly) and Kimberly Haas (Daniel); her grandchildren, Aubrey Perhase, Parker Haas, Beckett Haas and Brady Perhase; and her siblings, Diane Bennett (John), Robbin Eritano (Brian), Renel Gerwig (Brad), Robert Shemwell (Holly) and John Shemwell (Paula).
