He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dye and Minda Dye; his daughter Shawnee Dye; and his siblings, Ada, Ned and John.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his daughters, Kimberly Butler, Pamela Flis (Michael), Brandy Horning (Bill), Patricia Stefek (Tim) and Julia Sawyer (Michael); and his sisters, Hester, Pauline and Mary.
