Though Violet may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elia Shaya and Mary Bata Shaya; her spouse Attoo Yousif Kaddis; and her child Amjad Kaddis. She is survived by: her children, Assad Kaddis (Sanaa), Dhia Kaddis, Al Kaddis (Lamis), Neran Shaya (Adil), Nameer Kaddis (Janet), Atheer Kaddis (Kathleen) and Michael Kaddis (Amy). She is also survived by 10 Great Grandchildren.
A requiem service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mother of God Chaldean Catholic Church (25585 Berg Rd, Southfield, MI 48033). A committal service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery (25800 W 10 Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48033). A vigil service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Regency Manor & Banquet Center (25228 W 12 Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48034).
