It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sinsil Sheena Shaman (Southfield, Michigan), who passed away on February 13, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Yousif Sheena and Bata Ammori Sheena; and her spouse Salim Shaman. She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Peter Shaman and Steven Shaman (Christine); and her grandchildren, Nicholas, Jillian, Lily, Peter Jr., Stephanie, Savanna and Steven Jr..
A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mother of God Chaldean Catholic Church (25585 Berg Rd, Southfield, MI 48033). A committal service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery (25800 W 10 Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48033). A vigil service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Luncheon & Prayer Vigil Regency Manor Banquet Center (25228 W 12 Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48034).
