He was predeceased by: his nephew Oscar Schwartz; his parents, Seymour Simons and Ruth Simons; and his siblings, Shirley Schwartz (late Charles) and Sarah Lampert (late Seymour).
He is survived by: his wife Roseanne; his sons, Joshua (Daniela Cappelli) and Eli; his grandchildren, Sidney and Ruben; and his nieces and nephews, Seymour Schwartz (MaryAnn), Ruth Seltzer (Marty), Mindy Schwartz, Laura Lampert, David Lampert (Andrea), Lisa Lampert Ziperski, Mark Lampert and Claudia Lampert. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Ira Kaufman Chapel (18325 W Nine Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48075). Due to food allergies in the family, please do not send any food to the shiva house.
