He is survived by: his spouse Jean Elkus; his children, Louie Elkus (Michele), Steve Elkus (Gail) and Ron Elkus; his stepchildren, Dr. Barry Bakst (Carole) and Marci Weiss (Scott); his grandchildren, Rebecca Ferst (Judah), Brad Elkus, Sarah Elkus, Sammi Elkus, Michael Weinstock, Sean Bakst, Dr. Bradley Bakst (Marissa), Alexandra Jarmin (Shane), Monica Weiss and Jake Weiss; his great grandchildren, Noah, Micah Ferst, Josh, Marlee Weinstock, Cameron, Cooper and Corbin Jarmin; and his brother-in-law Dr. Abraham Zellis. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
