She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward William Bensinger Jr. and Jeane Bensinger (Alpert); and her former husband Sheldon Adler. She is survived by: her husband Jack Lessing; her sons, Brent Adler (Dana) and Scott Adler (Pam Antell); her grandchildren, Anna, Rose, Sam, Gabe and Naomi; and her sisters, Marcia Schmier (Albert) and Elaine Berman (Miles). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
