With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucie Jeanne Jacobs (Southfield, Michigan), who passed away on April 17, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harry. She is survived by: her children, Robert Jacobs (Teresa), Laurie Seabolt and Lisa Griffin; her grandchildren, Adam, Emma, Lindsey, Leslie, Laurel, Rachel, Lauren and Grant; her great grandchild Juniper; and her nephew Johhny.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John Armenian Church (22001 Northwestern Hwy, Southfield, MI 48075). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the White Chapel Cemetery (621 W Long Lake Rd, Troy, MI 48098).
