He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Walton (Nightingale); and his brothers, Joseph, Charles and David. He is survived by: his son Gregg (Julie); his grandchildren, Jay, Matthew and Lindsey; and his siblings, Donald, Julie Tenbusch and Robert. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Jack's name are appreciated to Angela Hospice.
