It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Nalls (Southfield, Michigan), born in El Dorado, Arkansas, who passed away on December 4, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sisters, Eleanor Scott and Mae Ruth Jackson; her husband William Bennett; and her children, Gregory Bennett (Hasmik) and Robin Nalls.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Bennett, Regina Cannon, Penelope Bolling, Marilyn Comer (Carleton) and Angela Moore (Duane); her stepsons, Richard Nalls (Donna) and Ronnie Nalls (Jacqueline); her grandchildren, Daniel, Jesse, Cecilia, Jeremiah, Sean, Gyasi, Malik, Goddess, Mesha, Alexander, Eden and Avory; her great grandchildren, Amber, Kayley, Jaleel, Gianna, Amarii, Gyasi "Junie" and Ayden; her friends, Vissie Gillings, Thelma Marie Landers, Renee Hollis, James Bluford, McArthur Hill and Naomi Haper; and her caregivers, Naomi Haper, McArthur Hill, James Bluford, Renee Hollis, Thelma Marie Landers and Vissie Gillings.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Word of Faith International Christian Center (20000 W Nine Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48076).
