He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Zaki Hermiz Zakar and Souad Mansour Zakar; his wife Elizabeth Ann ZakarCherished; his children, Kyle Thomas Zakar and Megan Elizabeth Zakar; and his siblings, Nadia Zakar, Khalid Zakar and Thaiera Zakar. He was also cherished by many nephews and nieces.
