She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Peter Gergis; her children, Mark, Erik, Jeanne, Kristie and Peter; her granddaughters, Hannah and Sarah Nisr; her children-in-law, Ayesha Keshani Gergis and Sadek Nisr; her parents, Walter Read and Marion Read; and her brother Jim.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Living Water Seventh Day Adventist Church (23481 Lahser Rd, Southfield, MI 48033). A burial was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery (25800 W 10 Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48033).
