He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Penner and Ethel Penner (McCall); his former wife Gloria Ann Pluff; and his brothers, James, Randall and William Penner.
He is survived by: his fiancée Jacqueline Rafko; his siblings, Don Penner (Monica), Dolores Robinson and Sharon Hamilton; and his sisters-in-law, Anna Mae Pluff, Clara Penner, Mary Jean Penner and Linda Penner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews; and Jacqueline's children and grandchildren.
