He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Matusik and Joanna Matusik (Koronka); and his brothers, James and Jerome. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Matusik; his children, Sandra Blair (Edward), Mark Matusik and Scott Matusik; his siblings, Donald Matusik (Sandie), Lorraine Bolam and Gloria Lauzon; and his sister-in-law Gwendolyn Matusik. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the St. John Lutheran Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
