She was predeceased by: her siblings, Charles Bagwell and Rayma Jean Smith. She is survived by: her son Beste Grain Farms; her husband Leo A. Beste of South Rockwood; her son Matthew Beste (Melanie); her stepchildren, Tony, Tom, Terry Beste and Marianne Chapman (Delmont); her sister Mary Matt (David); and her grandchildren, Taylor Jane Beste, Clint, Charles, Lee Chapman, Rachel, Aaron, Matthew, Kristen, Ashley, Rayna, Samual and Ashlyn Beste. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
Betty and Leo were generous with their resources and very proud to have sponsored ten children and their families over the years through the Christian Children Foundation now known as Unbound.
