He is survived by: his former wives, Norma Jean Smith and Nancy Diroff; his wife Nancy K. "Kris" of Tapiola; his children, Linda Marie Anderson (Donald) of New Jersey, Kathleen Ann Etter (Rick Hunt) of Manistee, Michigan and Steven Paul Hyypio of California; his grandchildren, Catherine Anderson (Scott), Jonathan Damen, Carl Etter and Deena Etter; his sister Ida Michaelson (Stan) of Tapiola; his sister-in-law Evelyn Hyypio of Florida; and his parents-in-law, William Diroff (Debbie) of Florida, Jeanne Sullivan (John) of LaSalle, Judy DuVal of Richardson and Barbara Diroff of Mt. Clemens, Michigan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
