He was predeceased by: his parents, William Janovsky and Esther Janovsky (McMullen); and his sister Leone Merritt. He is survived by: his spouse Marliene Paananen; his children, Jay (Sharilyn) of Iron Mountain, Don (Wendeline) of Phelps, Wisconsin and Lori Hannon (Jay) of Chandler, Arizona; his grandchildren, Taylor, Abby, Beth, Stephanie, Michael, Julie, Randy, Jamie, Ashley, Ally and Aliina; his sister Shirley Janovsky of Chicago; and his sister-in-law Elaine Schuster (Lloyd) of Boston Loc. He is also survived by one niece; and several cousins.
