She was predeceased by: her parents, John Marquis and Helen Marquis (Greuter); her husband Adolph Wawro; her son Adolph J. II (Christine); and her close friend Donna Murray.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jeana Garcia Moir, Nicolas Wawro (Destiny) and Katherine West (Samson). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Crossroads Community Church.
