He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Parsell and Joyce Parsell; and also Sloan. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his sons, Paul (Danyelle) and Kevin (Kelley); his grandchildren, Alexus, Jamison, Tinley, Gibson, Gemma, Logan and Macy J.; and his siblings, Rosemary Parsell Tunison (late John Scholtz), David Parsell (Suzanne), Carla Selling (late Matthew) and James Parsell (Lori Blakey). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
