He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Scruggs and Hazel Scruggs. He is survived by: his wife Carol; and his children, Steven Scruggs (Bonita), Linda Olds and Mark Scruggs. He is also survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
