He is survived by: his wife Kimberly; his children, Erin Beckstein, April Martin (Andrew) and Jason Ortwine (Michelle); and his siblings, Edward Beckstein (late Sally), Jenny Barker (late Thomas) and Beverly Walrath (Michael). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
