She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Knuuttila and Fannie Knuuttila (Finni); her husband Douglas Heikkinen; her daughter Kristina Rogers; and her siblings, Ruth Salo (John), Rose Hillstrom (David), Raymond Knuuttila and Reynold Knuuttila (Jeanne).
She is survived by: her children, Julie Waters (Kevin) of South Lyon and John Heikkinen (Jackie) of Howell; her son-in-law Jeffrey Rogers of South Lyon; her grandchildren, Rachel, Sandra, Kara Lazzaro, Oliver, Max, Elsa, Thomas Heikkinen, Brandon and Marissa Rogers; her siblings, Robert Knuuttila (Lois) and Regina Juntti (Dave); and her brother-in-law David Hillstrom.
