With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michele Eileen Gerkman (South Lyon, Michigan), born in McCook, Nebraska, who passed away on December 30, 2023 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Joyce Nicholson. She is survived by: her father Melvin Nicholson of Lebanon, NE; her husband Andy Gerkman; her children, Damian Gerkman (Shaheed) of Mexico City and Luke Gerkman (Nancy) of College Station, TX.; and her siblings, Scott Nicholson (Arfe) of Cary, IL, Pam Hotovy (Les) of Omaha, NE and Stephen Nicholson (Valoree) of Lincoln, NE.. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
