She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Zak; her parents, Andrej Regula and Antonia Regula; and her siblings, Wally, Frank, Joseph, Genevieve and Cecilia.
She is survived by: her nieces, Donna, Rosemary and Marian. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; great-great nieces and nephews and sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws.
