He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo and Helen; and his wife Elizabeth. He is survived by: his children, Mike Kosmowski (Kelly), Laurene Moncznik, Pat Grodzicki (Bobby), Chris Janashousky (Bob) and Rob Kosmowski (Heather); and his brothers, Frank and Bernie Kosmowski. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
