She was predeceased by: her husband Harold "Hal"; and her brother-in-law Arthur Miles. She is survived by: her children, Steve Nimer (Julie) and Sandy Peurach (Tom); her grandchildren, Anne, Zac, Devon and Jackson; her sister Abbie Miles; and her friend Marti Love.

“To our dear neighbor. We spent many wonderful years living next to Judy and Hal on Sand Point. What wonderful neighbors! Judy was always had nice encouraging words. We loved both of them. I can say one thing is that Judy loved her kids and grandkids! She couldn't wait to spend time with all of them! And a cute story is when Vinnie stole our long awaited tomato that was growing on our vine. She felt so bad she and Hal went and bought us some pastries. What fond memories! Condolences to all.”
