He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Noel Sr. and Mary L. Noel (Dale); his sister Maureen Noel; and his niece Kelly Reightier. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Donald Noel (Rita), Michelle Chappel (David) and Melissa Moody (Bob); his grandchildren, Brianne Mason (Brandon), Natasha Noel, Kassandra Noel, Christopher Noel, Tyler Moody and Nicholas Moody; his great grandchildren, Kobi Fortino, Kaylee Noel-Gorring, Jose Vasquez and Mateo Vasquez; and his sister Jane Noel.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the Operation Wounded Warriors or Disabled American Veterans.
