He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Rakowski. He is survived by: his mother Pandora Rakowski; his wife Jessica; his children, Kayla Gielarowski (Derek), Michael Fosbinder, Rory Fosbinder and Cosette Fosbinder; his grandson Griffin Gielarowski; his brothers, Miguel Rakowski and Daniel Rakowski (Julie); his mother-in-law Kristine Cravens (Peter); and his siblings-in-law, Jennifer Saad (Adam) and Joshua Cravens (Brynne). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family has started a gofundme page; Jason's GoFundMe A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, from 2:00pm until the time of service at 4:00pm at Phillips Funeral Home.
