He was predeceased by: his father Patrick Shivnen; and his siblings, Eileen McGrath and John Shivnen. He is survived by: his wife Marie A. Shivnen; his son Shawn J. Shivnen (Kristen); and his grandchildren, Ryker T. Shivnen and Cosley E. Shivnen.
