It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gladys M. Carter in South Lyon, Michigan, who passed away on May 23, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Truman and Mary Truman. She is survived by: her sons, James Stidham (Lori) and Randy Stidham (Crystal); her grandchildren, Mitchell, Sarah (Derek), Amber and Aaron; and her siblings, Harry Truman, Shirley Rice, Linda Kitchen and Julie Foschia.

She raised her sons to know that faith in God is the foundation to a wonderful life and far outweighs earthly wealth.
