She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ortwine and Betty Ortwine. She is survived by: her husband Frank Telega; her daughters, Lindsay Telega, Grandkitties, Winifred, Elouise and Noelle; her brother Daniel Ortwine (Loretta); her nieces and nephews, Jeremy, Jason, Justin, David, Emily and Katie; and her brother-in-law Michael Telega (Beth Anne).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Michael & Rose Assarian Cancer Center Fund in Gail's memory.
