He is survived by: his wife Wendy (Zolkosky); his son Jeffery (Dina Kutinsky); his grandchildren, Jasmine (Isaac Mallett) and Jordan (Ashlie Hawe); his sister-in-law Diana Jackson; and his cousins, Betty Johnson and Phyllis Landers. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and in-laws.
