She was predeceased by: her parents, Jackie Pernaitis and Patricia Pernaitis (Peppler). She is survived by: her husband Douglas Burt; her daughter Ammie (Armando Gonzolez-Valverde); her grandchildren, Zachary, Zander, Gavin and Bee Childs; her sister Melissa Clark (James); her nephews, Court, Linden and Garrett Clark; and her cousin Bradley Hugall (Karen).
