He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Cash and Leanore Cash; his wife Jacqueline Ann; his grandson David; and his brother Darrell Cash.
He is survived by: his siblings, Donald Cash (Lynda), Timothy Cash, Thomas Cash, Roger Cash (Vicky), Diane Noel (John), Julie Trombley (Dale), Linda Smith (Bryan) and Robin Schooler; his sons, David Cash (Kathleen) and Michael Cash; his granddaughter Brittany Perez-Cash (Guillermo); and his great grandchildren, Tito and Lola Cash-Perez. He is also survived by his family, friends.
