She was predeceased by: her husband Richard; and her siblings, Ron, Don, Jim, Tim, Alice and Glenda Fay.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Mallett, Keith Formella (Heather Mason), Karoline Berg (Brandon), Kurt Formella (Sandy) and Kim Formella; her grandchildren, Steve, Abby, Noah, Kayci, Madelyn, Matthew, Alex, Sarah, Katelyn, Max and Rebekah; and her siblings, Tom Fugate (Sue), Tony Fugate, Coleen Kosarue and Chris Thompson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Phillips Funeral Home (122 W Lake St, South Lyon, MI 48178). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery (32163 Huron River Dr, Flat Rock, MI 48134).
