He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Alfred Gordon Ordan. He is survived by: his brother Logan Calkins; his grandparents, Steve, Debbie Collins, Paul and Beth Calkins; his great-grandparent Maxine Ordan; his aunts and uncles, Zack, Renee Calkins (Jon), Amanda Collins and Carrie Pueblo (Justin Pueblo); and his cousins, Alexandra and Addison Calkins.
