She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Carbone and Joanne Carbone; and her son Stephen Bozymowski. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Bozymowski; her children, Nicole Sherlock, Kristen Bozymowski and Brenna Tavidian (David); her grandchildren, Athena Sherlock, Tommy Sherlock, Teagan Sherlock, David Tavidian and Henry Tavidian; her siblings, Charles Carbone (Barbara), Fred Carbone (Ruthie), Keith Gazel (Kim), Penny Zmikly and Laura Carbone; her stepmother Jane Carbone; and her godchildren, Trevor Lloyd and Emma Zmikly.
A donation to Cheryl's most beloved cause, the Stephen T. Bozymowski Memorial Scholarship, is appreciated in lieu of flowers or gifts.
