He was predeceased by: his parents, Colin S. Cumming and Ann Cumming (Smith); his brother Donald Cumming; his former wife Shirley D. Oakley; his children, Bruce J. Cumming, Diana L. Cumming and Timothy C. Cumming; and his daughter-in-law Cindy Cumming.
He is survived by: his children, Susan J. Cumming, Janine A. Van Reenen (David G.) and Paul J. Cumming; his grandchildren, Kirsten A. Hein, Larissa N. Laidler, Jonathan F. Van Reenen, Bri A. Van Reenen, Mariah M. Van Reenen, Kayla E. Van Reenen, Josiah J. Van Reenen, Benjamin D. Van Reenen, Bruce Guild and Brandon Guild; his great grandchildren, Nila W. Hein and Van Reenen; and his sister Mary Skelley.
