He is survived by : his children, Michael Koslakiewicz (Debra), Geralyn Mendrzycki (Louis), Raymond Koslakiewicz (Penny), Paul Koslakiewicz (Tammy) and Tony Koslakiewicz (Cameron); and his sister Joanne Mrowczynski (Jerry). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
