He is survived by: his wife Amy; his stepchild Easton; his children, Vincenzo and Alexis; his parents, Dr. Frank and Deborah Mitek; his siblings, Dr. Julia Kenmuir (Grant), Joseph Mitek (Alison) and Christopher Mitek (Chelsea); and his grandmother Jean Eland. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
Contributions in memory of Anthony's life may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or the Veterans' Administration.
