He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterling Powell and Verlene Powell (Wayne); and his granddaughter Carolena Uphoff. He is survived by: his wife Loretta (Capaldi); his children, Stephanie Uphoff (Bob) and Gregory Powell (Kathy); his grandchildren, Olivia, Isabella, Juliana Powell, Quinn, Drake and Griffin Uphoff; and his siblings, Steve Powell (Gail) and Marsha Powell.
