It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Warren Albers (South Haven, Michigan), born in Lawrence, Michigan, who passed away on May 24, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Frederick Albers and Marie Amalia Kampschroeder (Cerny); his daughter Gidget Marie Albers; his stepsons, Mike and Brian Sullivan; his grandchildren, Miranda and Dakotah; his siblings, Grace Williamson (Ray), Dorothy White, Norman Albers, Richard Albers (Christina), Betty LaVerne Haynes and Phil Hoffman; and his stepfather Alvin Kampschroeder (Pop).
He is survived by: his former wife Lois Rach; his wife Lois Albers; his daughter Mia Svoboda (Robert Jr.) of Shelbyville, Illinois; his stepchildren, Sheri Capps (Todd) of South Haven and Ronnie Sullivan (Sheri) of Wayne; his siblings, Doris Sutherland (Jack), Judith Beckwith, Alice Avery (Vernon) of South Haven, Mary Hall (Marvin) of Doniphan, Missouri and John Albers (Lynda) of Carthage, Texas; his siblings-in-law, Irene Albers of Berrien Springs, Edna Hoffman of West Branch and Willie Haynes of Greeley, Colorado; and his daughter-in-law Amy Sullivan of Allen Park. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to First Baptist Church.
