He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Margaret Hartgerink and Elmer Hartgerink; his wife Barbara Voorhorst; his siblings, John (Cindy) of Baton Rouge, LA and Ellie (Michael Huvane); his sons, Daniel (Mariella) of Houston, Jeffrey (Lynn) of Houston and Kevin of South Haven; and his grandsons, Alexander, Ryan and Miles.
