He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmi Whaley and Dorothy Whaley; his wife Charmaine Whaley; and his former wife Carol Pflibsen. He is survived by: his brother Terry Whaley (Patricia). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
