She is survived by: her son Andrian Phillips of Brooklyn, NY; her nephew Lewis Wilson of Gary, IN; and her grandchildren, Anthony McNair, Tesia Richardson, Meloniece Phillips, Everritt Phillips, Jerrimy Phillips, Deandrika Phillips and Connie Phillips. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren.
