He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Curtis and Bessie Curtis (Phillips); and his siblings, Paul Curtis, Cassis Ferrell, Beverly Martin, June Harris, Raleigh Richardson, Gaye Walker, Joan Gill, Glenn Tyler, Vashti Anderson and Fredna Coker.
He is survived by: his wife Verna; his children, Forrest Curtis and Faith Kumar; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Curtis, Bradley Moser, Ashley Curtis, Adam Moser, Dannielle Curtis, Victoria Nikolakis (Ricky), Elizabeth Curtis, Forrest Curtis Jr., Adrielle Curtis, Joshua Curtis, Laura Curtis, Maya Kumar and Kristof Patino.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Filbrandt Chapel (1076 S Bailey Ave, South Haven, MI 49090).
