He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Holt and Irene Holt (Hale); and his siblings, Calvin, Allen, Buddy, Lester and Sissy.
He is survived by: his former wife Karen Ethridge; his wife Karen Holt of South Haven; his children, Lee Holt of Holland, Donnie Holt (Jeri) of Stevensville, Jessie Holt (Wendy) of South Haven, Randy Derrick (Lisa) of Riverside and Paula Petty (Harold) of South Haven; and his sisters, Robbie of Manila, Arkansas and Shirley Stone of Manila, Arkansas. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.
